Meet Brea Kratzert - Director of Marketing

Brea Kratzert joins HTE Marketing Concepts, a division of HomeTeam Equity, LLC as the Director of Marketing boasting a strong track record in marketing and sales. The knowledge, expertise and energy she brings are proven commodities based on previous accomplishments in various fields. They include pharmaceuticals sales, sports marketing and corporate branding. She has personally developed and assisted with the development of marketing plans and branding programs for established and/or newly developed sports teams, charitable organizations and various corporations, such as the NBA Development League, United Way of NE Florida, AEP (Indiana Michigan Power) and the PGA Tour. Respect for Brea’s sports and marketing knowledge was recently acknowledged by her appointment to the Board of the Jacksonville Quarterback Club, honoring her as the first female ever to reach this status.

Leading HTE’s marketing division; Miss Kratzert will develop and oversee internal support systems and programs offering her expertise to HTE divisions across the country. Brea will also market HTE’s resources externally in a continuing effort to manage and expand our client base.

Brea graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University and a Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law. She continues to remain active in the sports and equestrian industries. Brea currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida.

Meet Kim Marosek - Account Executive

Kim Marosek joins HTE Marketing Concepts as an Account Executive bringing an impressive and extensive background in retail and business-to-business sales and marketing. Over the last several years, her creativity and innovation resulted in numerous Top Producer awards for two major banks ranked in the Top Five. Kim has also delved into many forms of media production to include television, infomercials, and live radio. Proficient in trade show design and promotional applications, Kim brings over 26 years of varied marketing experience to HTE Marketing Concepts.

Kim’s education began with a nursing certification from the University of South Florida. Kim quickly ventured out of that field after college and found her niche in life as a top sales person; always successful whether selling intangibles, financial products or "widgets!"

Kim lives in Longwood, Florida with her husband Keith and their 12 year old son, Gianni.
