Meet Melissa Barry - Senior Loan Officer
Melissa joins HomeTeam Equity as a graduate of The University of Phoenix with a BS in Business Management. She has been a resident of Central Florida for the past 30 years and has been in the financial industry for over 15 years. Melissa has excelled in helping individuals realize the dream of home ownership throughout her financial career. “”Purchasing a home is one of the most important investments that an individual will ever make and managing this process for each and every client is my top priority. I see my primary role as helping my clients integrate the mortgage loan they select into their overall long and short term goals”, said Melissa.

Mrs. Barry is a graduate of Leadership Winter Park Class XVII and a member of the Leadership Winter Park Alumni Council. She is also a past graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 62. Melissa also served 3 years on the Downtown Orlando Partnership Board and served on the Executive Committee for one year. She is a consistent volunteer for Easter Seals of Central Florida and Special Olympics of Central Florida.

Melissa has been married to her husband, Todd, for 7 years and has two children ages 14 and 12. They enjoy traveling to Florida State football games, spring snow skiing, and visiting beautiful beach resorts during the summer. In addition, Melissa has a love for animals and currently owns two beautiful Golden Retrievers.

Meet Lynne Bradford – Senior Loan Officer
Lynne joins HomeTeam Equity with 26 years of professional mortgage experience having lived and worked in the Central Florida area for 34 years, so she understands the local market. Lynne graduated from Mount St. Joseph College in Cincinnati, Ohio, with a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education. Lynne sits on the Board for United Cerebral Palsy of Central Florida since 1988. She is also a sports enthusiast and avid golfer. “My integrity and excellent customer service have been the components for my successful career, and a large data base of loyal customers”.

Pam Crowley - Senior Loan Officer
Pam Crowley joins Home Team Equity as a Senior Loan Officer specializing in residential lending for over twenty years. Pam has assisted over 4500 families in finding "just the right loan" for their home purchase. As one of the top loan officers for HomeTeam Equity, Pam represents a myriad of financing products for primary residences, second homes and investment properties. Miss Crowley’s experience covers residential mortgage origination and up until joining HTE, Pam personally processed all of her loans to insure that her customers received the very best service available. Pam has always strived to bring the very best in products and service combined with a wealth of industry knowledge to customers before, during and even after the completion of the loan process. Meet Wanda I. Gutierrez - Senior Loan Officer
Wanda's high integrity, passion, accountability and deep commitment to excellence have been the cornerstone of her 16 years as a loan consultant. She has extensive experience, particularly with first time homebuyers, and thus understands their desire to feel at ease with the intricacies of the mortgage process. Wanda firmly believes in establishing relationships with her borrowers by keeping them informed throughout the loan process, as well as maintaining contact with them after their closing. Her borrowers seek her out whenever they wish to finance again and are eager to refer her to anyone wishing to purchase or refinance a home.

Wanda has a Bachelors Degree from Rollins College in Organizational Communications with a Minor in Business/Marketing. Her education certainly does not stop there evidenced by her ongoing efforts to stay abreast of the ever-changing mortgage business through attention to the issues that impact the financial markets, and ongoing formal training.

Meet Christina Kelly – Senior Loan Officer
Christina knows the mortgage business from every perspective. Her experience is diverse and extensive having worked two years as a closing/post-closing specialist for one of Orlando’s largest wholesale lenders with another five years dedicated to loan processing. In this role, Christina was the key person responsible for coordinating loan approval documents; working side by side with several loan officers simultaneously managing dozens of loans. Add an outgoing personality constantly developing real relationships with key bank underwriters, title companies and top appraisers across Central Florida and you have the definition of a successful loan officer.

Cyndi Meyers joins HomeTeam Equity with over 15 years of experience in mortgage consulting and management. She is a State Director of the Florida Association of Mortgage Brokers and a member of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and the Mortgage Banking Association. Cyndi specialty is the Reverse Mortgage. She is dedicated to developing her knowledge of the reverse mortgage industry through training, product development, and working with senior citizens associated with many different organizations in and around Central Florida.

Yvonne Pujols joins HomeTeam as a bi-lingual licensed mortgage professional with 19 plus years of experience.

After finishing 10 years of active duty in the US Navy, she relocated to Florida and she shortly thereafter, began her career in the financial lending industry. Prior to becoming a loan officer Yvonne was a processor wanting to learn all that she needed to learn from the ground up.
